A Sad Documentary
Toward the end of 2018 I watched a documentary that altered the course of my life.
It was 14 hours long and consisted of interviews with scientists and doctors, researchers and lawyers – as well as other medical professionals. The subject material covered the history of the industry, the ingredients used in vaccines, government interference, legal ramifications and data from numerous studies.
This documentary also deconstructed two myths prevalent in the medical profession today. They are:
1) That vaccines are safe and
2) That vaccines are effective.
While these are two separate and very different claims, neither of them is true. So, the million dollar question is, why do so many health care professionals believe otherwise?
Once again, we have stumbled on a compelling ‘why’ question. This one, like many, is not easy to unravel. But before starting that task, let’s learn from the science behind the documentary. Remember, this documentary was released well BEFORE the early spread of COVID-19 in 2020. The documentary makes It clear that the facts concerning vaccines have been recognized, though not well known, for decades. Many, many people, knew the probable outcome of the COVID-19 vaccine program (myself included), before it ever started.
Building a case
Medical professionals often start building a case for vaccines with two “glowing examples” of “vaccine success.” Unfortunately, the data does not support either of these examples. In most cases, neither the professional nor their listener is well informed, so this error goes unnoticed. The sad result is that many follow the advice of “the expert” – even though they still have deep misgivings.
If you are old enough, you may remember back to the 1950’s, when doctors appeared on national television promoting tobacco products, implying they were safe. The tobacco companies already knew this was not true. Did it stop them from promoting their products as if they were safe? We all know the answer to that question. It took costly court loses and restrictive laws to slow down their gravy train – and the suffering of thousands of trusting nicotine addicts.
If nothing else, as a culture, we should have learned to be a little more skeptical of the promises of profit-seeking industries. So, before we accept the advice of our medical “experts”, let’s take a look at the two examples of “vaccine success” I just mentioned.
